Former Real Madrid striker Hugo Sanchez legendary saying that he would not be surprised if Los Blancos suddenly recruited FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
The Argentine has scored 39 goals this season, but a lot of rumors saying that he was not happy with the atmosphere at the Camp Nou. Therefore Sanchez believes that Messi moved to Santiago Bernabeu just a matter of time.
"Messi does not feel valued quite highly by Barcelona with his contract now and they have to be careful. If Barca careless, I believe Real Madrid can sign him," he said to Bein Sports.
Sanchez is a Madrid player in the 1985-92 period, he purchased directly from their rivals, Atletico Madrid. Seven seasons at the Bernabeu, Sanchez scored 207 goals in 283 matches in all competitions.
